Notification schedule changing

The Jefferson County Library Cooperative (JCLC) is changing when it sends out overdue notifications. Staring June 1, 2022 the first overdue notice will be sent one day after the item is due. The second notice will go out seven days after the first one.  If the item is not returned in the next seven days after the second notice, a bill for the item will be sent.    To make sure you are receiving notices, go to your account and check that your email address and telephone number are correct. If you need to update your information, contact your local library.  You can keep up-to-date with your library account on your mobile phone using the text messaging service.
