Throughout most of Birmingham's history, industry dominated almost all aspects of the city. From politics to education, industrial companies and their stakeholders took care to make sure their interests were always front and center. One interesting reach of industry, though, was through sculpture. While the Vulcan and Electra statues in Birmingham represent different industries, their history showcases the impact industry had on Birmingham. Free. All welcome. Registration is requested.
