Dr. Lindsey Smith, UAB-trained neuroscientist, will provide insights & tools to boost your resilience and spark serious self-improvement. Research shows that sound waves and the nervous system work together. Singing bowls, rooted in ancient traditions, have shown to help with relaxation, reduce stress hormones and heart rate.
What It Is: a guided, live sound bath to help your brain and body relax; a chance to learn simple science behind sound and calm; and a welcoming space — no experience needed.
