The Birmingham Public Library and the Friends Foundation of BPL are excited to announce the fourth annual A Novel Tasting. Set to take place on Thursday, April 17, the event promises to be a memorable evening for all! This year's A Novel Tasting will take place at the Central Library from 6:00-8:30 p.m. and will be preceded by a VIP reception at 5:00 p.m.
Tickets to A Novel Tasting are on sale now. The first 50 people to purchase a ticket will receive an early-bird discount of 20%, which may be applied to general admission and VIP tickets. Guests at A Novel Tasting will enjoy live music, a silent auction, complimentary drinks, catered food, and BPL’s signature tasting of wine, beer, and spirits. VIP guests will be treated to Champagne, fancy hors-d’oeuvres, unlimited drinks, and VIP goodies.
Participation in A Novel Tasting will help the Birmingham Public Library provide the highest-quality experience of lifelong learning, cultural enrichment, and enjoyment to the community. Proceeds from the event will fund educational, fun programs and at BPL's many locations.
