Summer Reading started early at Irondale Library

Even though the library is closed to the public for now, readers and listeners of all ages can participate in IPL's summer reading May 4-July 31!
This year's summer reading features a variety of reading and related activities to choose from.

And with Summer Reading comes fun programs!

 Summer programs are going online! Coming this month:

Thursday, May 21

6:00 - 6:30 pm

Since Dr. Magical Balloons can't come to the library right now, he's coming straight to you! Visit our Facebook page Thusday night for live comedy, magic, and (of course) awesome balloons!
This program is great for kids ages 4+, or anyone who likes fun.

Tuesday, May 26

3:00 - 5:00 pm

Teen program (ages 11-18). How to join:
-- Register with IPL by email Librarian@IrondaleLibrary.org, or Facebook messenger. You will then receive a link to the game session. -- Before the session, create a free account with gaming platform  Roll20.

Thursday, May 28

3:00 - 5:00 pm

Storyteller Barry Stewart Mann will visit our Facebook page for a flight of fancy into the world of royalty, knights, dragons, and more through a selection of favorite picture books and poems.  Recommended for ages 3-10, but everyone is welcome!
