We're pleased to announce that the Hoover Library is now circulating 7 inch Samsung Galaxy tablets! These tablets come preloaded with all your favorite library apps and resources such as: The Hoover Library app hoopla (ebooks, audiobooks, movies, music and comic novels) Mango Languages Overdrive (ebooks and audiobooks) Zinio (magazines) ReferenceUSA Alabama Legal Forms The Birmingham News, and more! In addition to using the library's apps, you’ll also be able to: download apps of your choice from the Google Play store stream movies and music surf the Internet listen to audiobooks read eBooks and more Tablets check out for one week to patrons 21+ years of age with a valid ID and library card. Tablets may also be put on reserve in person, online or by calling 205-444-7821. Our Digital Collection Is Always Available! Even when the library is closed, our Overdrive digital collection is always open and available 24/7!
