We are so appreciative of those who logged onto our fundraising site and were able to make a donation to The Public Libraries in Jefferson County yesterday. However, if you haven’t had the chance to log onto the site and make a donation yet, there is still time to do so! Jefferson County residents are encouraged to post a “selfie” with their favorite book or their library card when they choose to donate to the campaign, along with a caption explaining why they are a “fan” of their local library. To promote the campaign on social media sites, the 40 Public Libraries in Jefferson County will be utilizing a hashtag- #TheGreatGive. Those that use the campaign hashtag will be entered into a drawing for an e-reader.
